History awaits you at Blarney Woollen Mills Bunratty!

Experience Irish legends come to life through brilliant storytelling, poetry and song!

Arriving at 5.45 pm guests will receive a warm Irish welcome with a mead wine reception downstairs from the Bunratty Winery of County Clare and Kinsale.

Before the show, there’s some time to browse the store with its authentic Aran knitwear, Irish crystal and timeless Celtic jewellery.

Guests are then invited upstairs to the Banqueting Area where dinner and entertainment begins.

Enjoy a delicious three-course meal including a half bottle of wine per person or two bottles of beer or fresh fruit juice.

Between courses is a fabulously entertaining show. Donning traditional Medieval dress a cast of superb Irish talent entertain the assembled clans (our guests) and the High King of Munster (one lucky guest) as they did once upon a time in Gaelic Ireland!

Inspired by the incredible stories of the Legendary Women of Ireland, from Pirate Queen Grace O Malley to the cruel Máire Rua to the very naughty Durty Nelly, it’s a brilliant show from start to finish with typical Irish humour and intrigue, haunting laments and rousing ballads!

With a multi-talented cast of four brilliant Irish singers and storytellers, this is a night of story, poetry and song you won’t soon forget!

Just as any great Irish feast should, the evening comes to an all-singing musical finish or session as the Irish call it, with some of your favourite songs old and new, certain to get everyone clapping, singing along and leaving on a high!
